Cosmic Sound Bath is an expansive experience designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself. Through crystal singing bowls, gongs and carefully layered frequencies, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where the body can soften and the mind can quieten.

This session is about spaciousness — giving yourself permission to pause, drift and recalibrate. Some people experience deep relaxation, others gain clarity or emotional release. There is no right or wrong way to receive the sound.
