Deep Rest
Deep Rest Session at The Laboratory Spa & Health Club in Muswell Hill, N10 on Saturday 31st January. This is a lovely relaxing afternoon beginning with some supported, restorative yoga poses to release tension in the body, then breathwork to soothe the nervous system, followed by a guided meditation and finishing with a deeply releasing Sound.
This session is open to non-members
It’s from 2.30-5.30pm and costs £40.
